Positive: location and service were excelent. Had a fun day with the staff showing us around the area. We saw the tourist places (waterfall, monkey forest) but also, more interesting, the family farm of one of the staff, with their fabulous views over the rice valleys.

Negative: please add a sign from the road. it was difficult to find!

Summary: Very nice location in the middle of rice fields with views on the RInjani vulcano and nice staff

Positive: Wow, what a stay! We had 3 nights with Dion, Thory and Gin. And they went above and beyond during our stay. Had some nice talks and you can ask them anything. The day tour they provide is a must do. You'll have some great laughs and get the most out of Tetebatu because of them. A group of friends who love what they do. Its a place you feel welcome the moment you arrive. 10 out of 10 recommend visiting this place. Would absolutely book again!

Positive: Stayed in July 2026 - I've been to many countries in Asia and Europe, and these hosts are amongst the friendliest, most genuine people I've ever come across in my life. It didn't feel like we were staying at someone's place; it felt like we were hanging out with a bunch of our friends. We will never forget this experience and will definitely be back to see our three Semetons who treated us with such grace, kindness, lots of laughs and memorable moments. We will definitely be back to see them again. The kitchen is functional and was great to be able to access it when we needed. Their English is great, and they will show you how to have an amazing time on the tours, but if you wanna chill and just stay in the room, they also respect your personal space. I think the local food here was much better than in Kuta, and I wish I stayed in Tetebatu for even longer than 4 nights because I had such a great time here with them, as well as all the things to see and do. The ride around the area at dusk is so peaceful and beautiful too. It was a bittersweet end when we had to leave. The morning view of Mount Ranjani, Sangkareang and the rice fields is beautiful, and the air is great.

Negative: Its not something that I disliked. Just note there are sounds of mosques and birds early in the morning, just like everywhere in Lombok, so I advise the moldable silicone earplugs wherever you go. It's not common for the night to be so cold, but it did drop to about 12 degrees celsius at night, and it warms up rapidly from approx 8 or 9 am so I would advise 1 pair of pants and a jacket/hoodie if you want to hangout outside after 7pm. If not, the room was well insulated for our stay at night.

Summary: May everyone else's stay be uniquely memorable in its own way as ours was here!

Positive: Newly opened, two rooms exclusive in the middle of rice terraces. Come for the views and tranquility, stay for the ever kind staff. I got an impromptu tour in the area with waterfalls and jaw-dropping beautiful surrounding rice terraces. Highly recommend and all the best to this place. And an incredible mountain view from your room

Negative: Its good to keep in mind to have your own wheels, so you can explore the area or finding the restaurants. But you can also eat in as the staff will help you with that

Positive: Amazing view from each room with privacy and calmness. The hosts are so accommodating and willing to show you around Tetebatu. We were taken to a beautiful view within the rice terraces that we would’ve never been able to find. The boys spoke about their village and were keen to get to know us. Would stay again!
