Summary: Nice quiet small home. It has a beautiful garden. Property is well maintained. The host Herbert is very nice. He provided us mosquito repellent, sun screen . He keeps an instruction manual with details about near by stores, taxi cab names etc etc. Kitchen has all appliances you might need to cook. Nice grocery store 5 min walk from house.

Summary: Simone and Herbert are great hosts, helpful and very accomodating. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well supplied. We loved their pet raccoons, agouties and a grackle. We would gladly return.

Summary: My husband and I like outdoors. Our little apartment was so well organized! We had everything needed , even amenities not provided in regular places! This is ecotourism at its finest! Located in a bushy jungle like area, just step from the lagoon on one side and Caribbean ocean on the other side. The Chachalakas, the Agoutis would greet us in the morning and 4 little racoons would pass by in the evening! We booked one week and continued our travel but... returned 3 days later and were lucky to be able to book for another week! The landlords were awsome and so accomodating!! Highly recommended! A great choice!

Summary: Small and simple belizean style apartment in a very jungle like surrounding. Our hosts were very accomodating and treated us like neighbours and family. My husband and I like to feel at home wherever we go! The agoutis, raccoons and chakalakas were a lot of fun to watch in the morning and night! Total peace and quiet! Just the way we like it. Thank you Herbert and Simone! We will be back!

Summary: The apartment was clean and functional with a full kitchen, a/c, free wi-fi and TV. It was in a quiet area of Maya Beach with access to several small restaurants and bars. There was also a grocery store nearby. Herbert and Simone were an absolute joy and so helpful. They helped us with scheduling taxis, tours, etc., and anything else you needed. The only downside we had was it was 8 miles from Placencia Village and we didnt have a car. The options are bikes, taxis, or renting golf carts, which could get a little pricey. For a place to relax, it was perfect.

Summary: Our apartment was roomy, well appointed, clean and near everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Herbert & Simone were wonderful. They had answers for every question we had.
