Summary: The customer service was absolutely terrible. They are less than desirable to talk to and at one point didn’t want to do his job and told me just to cancel my reservation said at check in.

Summary: When I last stayed there it was during a heat wave and my room had no A/C at all. Even though they assured me I was wrong and it was working, it was not. My room was over 25+ degrees and I had to buy two fans in order to stay cool enough. My 2 other sisters stayed in rooms the same weekend and one said she had no A/C either but my other sister did have A/C so I don’t know. The service man did come to have a look but he thought it just needed to be re-set but such was not the case. When I called the front desk they told me it was impossible that my A/C wasn’t working because it’s all on the same system. Well I’m the one in the room so I’d know if it was working or not. I’ve stayed at this hotel a thousand times over the years and typically it’s good overall. I think some things like the A/C obviously need to be updated.

Summary: The security deposit is quite high $250 per room is crazy when you book more than one room. Other than that it's good for the price.
