Positive: Location, area, pool facility, house equipped with all we needed.
Negative: The waste pipes, in our wooden house, have bad smell. It should be cleaned properly and also walls should be cleaned; previous visitors probably were not careful with house.

Positive: The property was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable beds and sofa.
Negative: It was further from the tropical islands dome than we were told. We couldn’t control the heating as there was no instructions how it worked.
Summary: Good accommodation a bus ride from the dome.

Positive: Great cabin - very clean and perfect for our family. The dome was great with lots of entertainment.
Negative: The check in was long and our kitchen was missing some cutlery.

Positive: place was fine , cabin are nice it is closed to the tropical island it self but read please what we didn't like over there
Negative: The service was awful, we stayed in the sunrise cabins Will give you few examples - When we arrived the counter at the entrance of the resort, it was closed and was saying from technical reason and you have to do the check-in in the tropical island itself. Which means you had to drive over there. Then you are using the same line that everyone use to enter into the tropical island. It took us 2 hours to do a check in because of the long line there! I think the main reasons is that they don't want to keep another reception open during the week Near the resort. For every small thing you have in the resort, you need to drive to the tropical island place, no phone or even phone number to reach them in the cabin. - Every time someone took a shower, after a few minutes a flood was started. We asked 3 times to come and fix itr and no one came. We had this problem during all our stay every time someone took a shower. - The heat in the cabin didn't work, actually we just gave up , we didn’t want to drive to the tropical island reception, wait in the line again - There is no salt, no sugar, no spoons, you had to buy everything . I am sure everyone buy everything all over again and again every time so I am not sure why they don’t want to keep that there - We were 4 families and we asked to be close to each other but that was not the case although they were free cabins just around us

Negative: The is all most no service for the Sleeping huts. There is no connection to the management staff And for any question or request you need to drive to the water park and wait long time in line.
