Fabulous little home at the edge of El Yunque Caribbean Forest. Breathtaking mountain and ocean views create a picture perfect setting for this exquisitely appointed, studio by the pool. Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood overlooking beautifully landscaped tropical grounds in a park like setting. Enjoy gentle ocean breezes as you relax on this lush, tranquil and private 1.0 acre estate. Built with french/spanish influence, the house has a lot of character.
The 560 square-feet studio includes bright spacious bathroom with walk in fully tiled shower, a little walk in closet, a dining area, a living room nook and a bedroom area. It's equiped with a mini-fridge and a coffee machine, outdoor private kitchen.
You will enjoy fresh fruit you'll directly from the garden varying with the seasons: bananas, papayas, mangos, lime, cherry...
About 1/4 mile down the road you will also find access to the Rio Grande River and its fresh pools and waterfalls
Nearby Luquillo with a beautifull swimming beach and the palm trees.
Midway between Fajardo and Old San Juan, it is located in the foothills and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will still find brand name restaurant and shop at the outlet center only 5-7 miles from the property at Rio Grande. You will aslo find in this city 2 major groceries and a cinema teather. Easy access to toll road 66 with the newly built extension. Just 4.5 miles down the road.

Summary: We so enjoyed our much needed rest and relaxation. The property was quiet and private. Sam is a great host and we pretended Sam’s dog “Bravo” was our vacation dog! They were both very sweet and welcoming! We loved falling asleep to the peepers and waking to the sunshine and enjoying coffee on porch as we’re overlooked the rain forest. Wonderful way to kick off our first trip to PR!

Summary: This place was GREAT! Sam is probably the best VRBO host I've ever worked with. He was super friendly and had great communication. The place was awesome - what incredible views from the property, especially from the roof-top patio. The rooms were comfortable, and I really didn't mind not having A/C. It was warm in the mornings when the sun hit the rooms, but not too bad the rest of the day, and there were fans in the rooms which helped. We loved hearing the sounds of the forest at night too, mostly the coqui frogs. We used the outdoor kitchen a few time, which was nice and had enough of the basics to accommodate or needs. Bravo (the dog) was friendly too, and would lead us up the road, out of the neighborhood each day, stopping to aggravate the other dogs along the way! Would highly recommend this rental for anyone going to Puerto Rico.

Summary: The property was fantastic. The owner was awesome. He tended to all our needs and helped us find some great spots to explore! His dog was the best dog ever. He has every fruit tree imaginable. Very nice and leaves you alone when you want. Pool was great and the outside kitchen was super awesome. Highly recommended!!!

Summary: Where to begin? We were in paradise. The view from the house is amazing, the outdoor kitchen is perfect and so much fun, the house itself is clean and spacious, and the owner is the most hospitable host we have ever met-a true gem. The cherry on top is Bravo, the host's sweet, sweet dog. BEST experience ever!

Summary: The property is even better than the pictures and your host is perfectly friendly but not overly present. Loved playing with his dog and collecting eggs in the morning. Will absolutely be coming back. Follow his driving directions- google maps will steer you wrong!

Summary: We loved our stay! The pool was amazing! The views were beautiful! The fruit trees were awesome. Try the passion fruit! 😋 Close to tons of things to do but far enough away to feel like you are on your own private paradise. Sam was an awesome host and even made us breakfast after our long day of traveling. Thank you Sam! 😊

Summary: We loved our stay! Great host! The view is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay in the mountain. Super peaceful and definitely felt like a vacation! Sam is a great host and always available and super friendly and helpful! We loved our new friend Bravo. Our son misses his company! This was our first two nights out of 9 nights total in Puerto Rico. Our son kept asking us don’t you miss Bravo? We have a big dog at home so he made us all feel right at home along with everything else. The only thing we missed was A/C. The pool is very nice, clean and relaxing. We definitely plan to return. It cools down out night which helps but we are used to sleeping in the cold at home. It was definitely worth the stay and all the beautiful landscaping adds to the view! Thank you Sam for hosting us and fitting us in!! 😎

Summary: We loved our stay at this hidden treasure near El Yunque National Forest! The view and the gardens are incredible! It was fun cooking in the outdoor kitchen and Sam was such a nice host. The apartment was very comfortable too. We feel very lucky that we had the opportunity to stay here!
