1 Bedroom Villa in Nightcliff

A private oasis located a 10min drive from the Darwin CBD a few minutes walk to the beach.
The villa is located at the rear of our property, but not attached to the main house.
The property is very secure. Access is via a large solar powered Sliding Gate at the front of the property, then a short walk down the side of the house to access your villa which has its own wooden Gate then another lockable Glass door to enter your villa.
The tropical villa is stylish and modern consisting of a massive bedroom & stunning ensuite with his & hers vanity & double shower. Huge walk in Closet is also included.
The lavish villa has Expansive glass bi-fold doors overlooking manicured gardens & a private plunge pool & bbq area.
The plunge pool is only a metre from the villa. It is lovely to open the glass bi fold doors and the plunge pool is right at your doorstep. There is a large umbrella that can be opened or closed above the plunge pool and a small table & chairs situated in the plunge pool area for your convenience.
The BBQ is located by the plunge pool. There is a large umbrella above the plunge pool that can be opened or closed and a comfortable table and chairs to relax in whilst soaking up the sunshine. The plunge pool also has seating within the pool, perfect for cooling down whilst sipping on a cold beer. You will have sole use of the private plunge pool and BBQ area during your stay.
Glass louvres throughout the villa allow you to catch the sea breeze.
A/C & ceiling fans add an extra burst of cold air if you need to cool down quickly.
If you feel like kicking back, switch on the flat screen TV, or perhaps watch a DVD from the DVD collection. WIFI Is also Included for your convenience.
There is also a Bar Fridge, Kettle and a Toaster available for your convenience. Other amenities include dvd's, tumblers, wine & champagne glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Iron, Ironing board, laundry basket and clothes airer.
A laundry with Samsung 10kg Washing Machine & sink is also available (upon request) for stays of 3 nights or more.
Free parking on the street is available at the front of the property.
Located 10min drive to the Darwin CBD & 7min drive to Casuarina Shopping Centre. Only a few minutes walk to Nightcliff Beach and walking track. Parks, cafes, Restaurants and Nightcliff Markets are also located a short stroll away.

Summary: A very clean , modern suite . Great location ( quiet street , yet close to shops , cafes , bus stop ) . Private pool was ideal . Owner very helpful with tourist advice . A sink would have been helpful . Would certainly stay there again !

Summary: Lovely peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We had a car so it was easy to get around to the places we wanted to see in the Darwin area. Enjoyed the nearby Foreshore restaurant for meals.

Summary: This is a small flat at the back of a house. A little gem of a place, very modern with a private garden and pool. The beach is not far by foot. Very relaxing, and enjoyable stay here.

Summary: HAd a lovely stay here recently. The property is well located, being very close to shops etc but also Nightcliff is perfectly located halfway between the CBD and Casuarina shopping precinct. Nearby is the fabulous Nightcliff pool, a hidden gem of a public pool. The property was well appointed, clean and relatively spacious. Would highly recommend for those wanting to stay in Darwin & don't want to be in a hotel. :)

Summary: Stunning villa , perfect for our stay in the suburb of Nightcliff within easy reach with rental car to all Darwin has to offer. Property owner very friendly and her little touches within the villa were very much appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. Air conditioner plus fan, luxurious bed, fantastic shower. Plunge pool and outdoor area with it's beautifully maintained garden surrounds all made for a private and quality stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and return .
