Positive: This place was compact and comfortable in a good location. I really liked that it had a washing machine with provided detergent and hanger, air conditioning in each bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. The towels were nice and fluffy and the place was well presented. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment.
Negative: The living area was a little on the small side.
Summary: Very comfortable, clean, compact apartment for a family.

Positive: Value for money Comfortable bedding & Furniture Close proximity to CBD & Shopping Centre We could immediately see how much effort & attention to detail the owners had gone to when renovating this unit to make sure the holidaymakers would be happy & comfortable whilst staying at tropical terraces
Negative: these things listed below didn't affect our stay , these are only suggestions to improve the quality someone else's stay. If the owners were interested on enhancing their property. There was Only 1 tv in 3 bedroom unit - it would have been great if there was perhaps an extra tv in master bedroom. A clothes dryer would have been appreciated . A separate toilet would be definitely utilised - for the size of the unit and the amount of people that could potentially stay . At the back of the units theres plenty of room to enhance the value of the property & make a more desirable stay like the owners have created private gardens n spaces at the front this theme could continue out the back with bbq areas n perhaps a play area for kids even a pool on site would be fantastic, luckily for us we were there in winter we weren't looking to cool off but come spring/summer a pool would be loved

Positive: This very clean well appointed accommodation was amazing value. While it wasn't close to the esplanade and CBD, it was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. The french doors opening up to the courtyard was just a wonderful touch. It was lovely to come back to after a full few days of conference attendance. The hosts were very communicative with very easy to understand instructions for checking in and checking out.
Negative: There is nothing that we did not like.
Summary: Amazing & Quiet accommodation for anyone wanting a little out-of-the-way place from the crowds.

Positive: Well equipped kitchen and facilities that made the stay comfortable. The property was modern and nicely renovated. For a group of three adults the property was a good size!
Negative: The property is part of an apartment block and as the bottom floor it is very loud from the upstairs neighbours. There was an issue with a loud high pitched ringing noise from the water pipes throughout our stay which made it less relaxing. While the property had been cleaned prior to our arrival there were still dark hairs throughout.
