Summary: We always stayed at this hotel, but this time we bought a package with an ocean view, and when we arrived, they gave us a room on the first floor with no ocean view. To make matters worse, the room was filthy. Behind the sofa bed, there were papers, chips, and straws, and the sheets on the sofa and bed were dirty. I had to clean the bathroom myself because it was full of hair, and the bathroom was filthy. Luckily I brought bleach, so I had to clean the room. The refrigerator is not cooling and is draining. I asked to be moved to the room I had booked, but the manager rudely told me they didn’t have any available. I always stay here on vacation, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Summary: Be prepared they don't clean the room unless your there 5 days.....so you must exchange yr Towels at Front desk for clean ones.

Summary: Property is showing it's age. Paint chipped, furniture worn, the TV in our room had part of the screen broken. Beach view was great from the balcony. Plenty of parking.

Summary: Aa much as this Tropical Winds Resort cost I would think they would change out yr Towels. But no you must bring you dirty wet towels to front desk to exchange for new ones!

Summary: The hotel was convenient not far from things. The pool was great unfortunately at night, though the light was broken inside the pool so once it got dark, you couldn't see anything on the patio or in the pool but other than that, it was fine.

Summary: The staff was amazing as always. It was completely booked for the holiday weekend and they handled it wonderfully. The made every accommodation they could. I highly recommend staying here

Summary: Great hotel people were nice and very great but the little cafe they have i would not recommend to anyone, do not order a omelette whatsoever when i cook a omelette i chop everything up and not put the whole sausage or bacon in it not worth the money to go to the cafe
