Positive: The trip to alantic city period was a wonderful experience...
Negative: The fact that their weren't a microwave in the room.was a huge inconvenience... Also the cabinet door was hanging off the hinges in the room and when i reported to the front the desk staff he said that he made note of it and someone will be up to fix it while we were out exploring the boardwalk and doing some shopping... Around 7:30 pm or 8pm we get a knock at the door about the cabinet... The maintenance guy was very rude and so unprofessional... If it wasn't for my wife being there and the fact it was her birthday i would've reacted differently in a whole different manner... But i kept my composure... The 11th floor we were on at the north tower vending wasn't working at all... Wires were hanging out of the machine as if it's been like that for years... I will definitely be back down at alantic city in the near future but will be staying at a different hotel...

Positive: We have stayed here before. We love the location and the casino is nice and the hotel has a fun lobby theme. There was an amazing free display on the beach our last night.
Negative: We travel a lot and stay in hotels several times a year. The elevators were not always running - one time we tried to use the stairs to get to the parking lot because the elevator was very backed up - like 20 deep, there was literally human feces in the corner and when we got to the floor we wanted it was locked. Our toilet ran all night, the bathroom and room have not been updated in a long time, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the wallpaper was peeling in more than one spot. If the ac was not on it got a musty odor. It seemed like a low budget hotel- we paid 800.00 to stay two nights.
