Summary: This was my second time staying at this Tru location. The hotel is very, very clean with comfortable rooms. Hotel associates were nice and friendly during check-in. Breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Beckley.

Summary: The room was in poor condition. Both cleanliness and repair. There was an ant infestation in the room when we arrived. We found the property quite noisy. We were traveling with a pet so with the room and pet charge this one night stay was almost $300. Absolutely not worth it. I won’t be staying here again.
