Summary: The front desk staff was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel location was central to dining, shopping, and only minutes from downtown Bracebridge. I will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great place, could probably give 4.5 stars if I could. Breakfast variety could be better and EV charging is way too overpriced (at 3.5-4 dollars per hour it's as expensive as filling gas into a similar car). Otherwise it's a nice place to stay - clean and fresh.

Summary: Clean room, AC/heating worked well, beds were very comfortable, nice on the wall squeeze bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash which had nice fresh scents. Nice having tea, hot chocolate and coffee available in the lobby all day, to take up to the room.
