Summary: The positives- the room was clean and modern. The staff was clean and friendly. The area is very convenient and close by everything! We had problems with the locked, had to try a few times. For an accessible room, the door was heavy. Had to request the bench shower seat that was advertised. The breakfast was subpar. It really delayed our plans to have to go out for breakfast. I didn’t just want to eat toast and pancakes and I’m allergic to eggs.

Summary: Stay was nice. Breakfast area was cramped busy no place for us to sit for breakfast. Pool area is very slippery I almost fell trying to get to the pool.

Summary: Check in was slow but there seemed to be an issue with guests ahead of us. The staff member dinner best and everyone in line was patient. After the snafu was solved she got the next two guests checked in quickly then us checked in quickly as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is how loud their doors slam shut - otherwise, I give the hotel 5 stars. If we’re in the area I’d stay there again.

Summary: The place is very clean. However. my electric curtains did not work. I was moved to another room that was smaller in size and the bathroom was small. With a family of three it was disappointing to see that hotel would need little more update. I could hear someone showering in the next room. The beds were not firm ; however I managed to sleep.

Summary: Stayed for 5 nights while in town visiting family. We had a good stay with no issues. Clean room and decent hotel amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. Way too soft and flat. Bring your own if you’re a picky pillow person like me. We would stay here again.
