Summary: Staff was SO friendly!! Breakfast was better than most places we’ve stayed. Wish rooms had coffee maker!

Summary: When we first showed up, no one was at the front desk. A man finally showed up in casual clothes, didn’t have a uniform on so I didn’t know if he’d worked there. A side entrance door to the hotel didn’t accept a key card the whole time we stayed there. The door to our room would not close right, literally had to force it to shut. We went to the pool the following day and our key cards would not work, had to go talk to the front desk representative again. While in the pool, employees would come out adjacent to the pool and smoke cigarettes. The room was dirty, had dust and an old sock on the floor. The only good thing was the gym, quality equipment.

Summary: The only complaint I have is the beds were a little hard for me. But pretty great otherwise. Had great advice to check out Louisiana crawfish time and it didn’t disappoint.

Summary: I called down for towels since we never received maid service for the length of our stay. I called three times in the matter of six hours and still had to go downstairs to get my own towels.
