Summary: Comfortable bed and clean room. The whole building feels fairly new. The rooms are well soundproofed which makes for a great stay given how close the hotel is to a train track. The breakfast was just right, and the bed was comfortable. Very quick check in and checkout. Overall a wonderful stay.

Summary: Great overall. Everything as advertised. Pros - Staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to like their coworkers and jobs. Breakfast was very 1-year-old friendly (yogurt, cereal, eggs, bread, pancakes). Cons - Room floor was a little dirty (son's socks were black after walking in the room). Gym was lacking. We would stay again.

Summary: We had ants in our room. I booked a wheelchair accessible room because i am in a wheelchair. The shower chair was on one end of the shower and the shampoo/conditioner/ soap was on the other. You cant reach them from the bench. I was also charged $1330 and $170. The total was supposed to be about $1200.

Summary: Everything was excellent accept for the location of our room. The noise level from the street was incredibly loud and made it hard to sleep.

Summary: This hotel was clean and in a walkable location. We requested a view when we got there and the recepionist accommodated our request. Breakfast was ok but we have had better. Beds were comfortable but pillows a bit soft for us. We would stay there again.

Summary: from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. I definitely recommend this hotel!
