Summary: Softest hotel bed I've ever stayed in! So comfy! The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. A fun and great family friendly hotel! Games in the lobby and a great indoor pool. Super clean and nice! Felt safe the whole time! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The hotel was okay. It was clean. However, they didnt have any staff to clean the rooms or get you towels for your stay. They just had a note on the door that said something to the effect of low on staff and that you had to go down to the front desk if you needed anything. They also charged me $50 for my service dog. No other hotel has charged me for my PDS dog. Overall the stay was fine and the hotel is clean.

Summary: All good. The room clock time was off by 12 minutes and a screwdriver needed to fix it. TRU hotels are always good since they are newer.

Summary: The location was perfect, my only complaint is that my room was very musty smelling. I went and asked for a room spray, front desk clerk gave me what she had but I ended up going to Walmart and buying a candle. It smelled just fine then but when I woke up in the middle of the night that same musty smell was back. I mentioned it to the front deck clerk upon my leaving and she said she would’ve gladly given me a different room. I chose not to be a nuisance. I would stay again for she.
