Summary: Stayed 1 night with family. Property was well maintained and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and common area in the lobby with games was a great addition for the kids. The rooms are not big, but new and comfortable.

Summary: Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Mini loaded omelette and kielbasa. Pancake maker, cereal, and juice. Mattress comfortable. We were disappointed we did not receive a free bottle of water upon check in, like other TRU hotels. Also would have liked to have had a laundry bag in room. Hotel was clean.

Summary: New hotel, walking distance to downtown & easy parking onsite. Very clean & comfortable, good breakfast with lots of choices. If you're not on the top floor, you'll be able to hear a lot from the room above you, I think because the floors are hard-surfaced & not carpeted. But it wasn't bothersome to us.

Summary: Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament weekend. Great hotel and walkable to the field as well as many restaurants in Springfield. Would stay here again!
