Just 15 mins from Sangster International airport, Island House is located in the ultra exclusive Tryall Club where privacy reigns supreme. Island House, a ranch style Villa, and the perfect vacation space for family living, is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on Copperwood Drive. This serene, easy, breezy, comfortable space is surrounded by beautiful, well manicured, landscaped gardens The villa is split between a two bedroom main house and an one bedroom master cottage which are immediately adjacent to each other. Both spaces enjoy spectacular ocean views
The master suite has a king mahogany bed and a private patio with breath taking sea views. The remaining two bedrooms are in the main house, each having it's own private en suite bathroom. One bedroom carries a king sized bed, and the other two twin beds.
The contemporarily furnished living room, smartly designed for relaxing is adjacent to the indoor dining space. Both enjoy ocean views and are open to the long Veranda which runs the entire length of the main house which also has captivating views of the changeable Caribbean sea.
The relaxing Veranda space is furnished with multiple seating groups and a ten seater dining table, the perfect setting to commune with family and friends.
The outdoor pool deck is lavishly furnished with the finest outdoor Teak lounge chairs which overlook the swimming pool and the well manicured expansive lawn, perfect for children at play
There are flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms, Living room and the Veranda, perfect for family outdoor movie night. The Villa has SONOS throughout

Summary: Everything was just perfect! Marcia, the chef was so personable and kind she cooked us delicious food for three meals a day. We were specific about our needs because we have dietary restrictions and she said no problem! The property is gorgeous we have stayed in tryall club for many years and it just keeps getting better. Keri, the housekeeper made sure everything was clean and did our laundry with a smile. We can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect size house for our family at four. Tryall club is known for having giant villas, but Island house is perfectly cozy for one family, it is rare to find such a gem at this resort.

Summary: What an absolutely wonderful stay! From the time of booking through to arrival and our stay, the entire team at Island House was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better location, house, pool or staff and will absolutely be back!

Summary: My husband and our one year old son stayed for 6 nights and had the most fabulous time. Chef Marcia and house manager Kerry made sure we had everything we could ever need. We loved visiting the Great house for tea followed by happy hour overlooking the spectacular views of Sandy Bay. We also tried the tennis pro lesson and babysitting services, both were outstanding. Most definitely hope to come back again!

Summary: This house is beautiful and it's just as the photos show. Both our house manager Kerri and our Chef Marcia were amazing and they made out trip that much more enjoyable. Here are a few issues, first, this is not 15 minutes from the airport. It took us about 50 minutes in traffic to get there and 35 minutes on the way back with no traffic. Not that big of a problem but you should know it's not 15 minutes. Secondly, the description of the property says it comes with two golf carts which is what we needed as there were six adults. Upon arrival we find out that one of the two carts that was there was supposed to be a staff cart and we would not be able to use it. I reached out to the owner and he said the property only comes with one cart even though it's right in the description. I told him that I would rent a cart from the golf club for the rest of the week and was not very much money but we would expect to be reimbursed at the end of our trip. I never heard from the owner again. I sent him at least half dozen message and zero! No communication...nothing. My biggest issue is not over the small amount of money we spent renting the cart, it was over the lack of communication. Customer service is still important especially when it comes to your vacation. Anyway, I wasn't letting it ruin our trip but I think it's a fair warning to those who want to rent this property and you have any issues at all, good luck getting them resolved. As a side note, the second golf cart was never used by the staff...it just wasn't working. A little communication here would have fixed the whole situation. I do feel like this house can use a little work with their pool deck as it's pretty beat up. Also, the swimming pool is very slippery both in the pool and along the sides so please be careful. This also extends to the marble patio as we almost had a few wipeouts along the way. This would be especially dangerous for kids running around. Overall, our stay was fantastic despite the lack of communication from the owner.

Summary: This house was our ISLAND DREAM HOUSE! It was an amazing flow of the Caribbean breeze through the home and the views were breathtaking. We had our own private pool and lounge area as well. This house came with a chef that was simply amazing, everything was delicious! And the house staff made sure we didn’t need a thing! Loved everything about this place!

Summary: In an exclusive gated north beach area near Montego Bay, this 3/3 rental had absolutely everything, great property with large private pool, smartly outfitted, excessive outdoor living, attentive and talented staff (chef is second to none), minutes from private resort beach, on-site pro-tennis lessons, plus beautiful golf course. Loved every minute of it and plan to return.

Summary: We recently stayed for a week at the Island House with another couple and can't say enough about it. The house and grounds were exactly as advertised and the pictures really do not do it justice. From the beginning, our contact Jacques was very helpful in getting us organized in advance of our trip. Once we arrived, the team, lead by Carrie were incredibly attentive and accommodative. Marcia kept our stomachs full and our tastebuds delighted with several Jamaican dishes while Romario kept the grounds and pool in great shape with daily maintenance. The gym and tennis courts are conveniently located just down the road from the villa and we really enjoyed the beach and larger resort pool which are less than 5 min away via one of the 2 golf carts provided. It should be noted that we were there during the 2nd week of May, during low season, so the main restaurant was not always open and the resort itself was not very busy. That being said, we had everything we needed at the villa. A fantastic experience all around and we can't wait to go back!

Summary: A group of five of us stayed at Island House for a week. The Tryall is a beautiful resort with a big pool and beach, and you can tour around on a golf cart. I took a lesson with Adrian at the tennis court, and he’s top notch. Marcia, Kerri and Romario made our stay super special, making sure we had everything we needed, including Marcia’s pepper shrimp and curried rice (the best!) and Romario cut us some fresh coconuts to sip from. Jacques the host had lots of great advice and answered our many questions quickly. Thanks to all of you for a very special stay.
