Negative: Hard to reach on foot or by car, as the last 100 meters are on steep dirt roads with a lot of farm animals. Adds character, but also a slight challenge.

Positive: Wow! We had an excellent stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and looked brand new. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Almost everything was made from fresh local products—fresh fish from their own pond, milk from their cows, eggs from their chickens, homemade fruit compote, and other delicious local ingredients. Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and surrounded by lovely scenery.
Negative: We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Highly recommended!

Positive: Fantastic everything!!! Communication was amazing, we had bad weather on our way there so were delayed arriving, Nika kindly checked on our safely along the way. Our room was toastie warm on arrival and immaculate !! It also had everything that we needed. We opted to have dinner and breakfast and the food was superb. The location is quiet, authentically rural and only a short stunning drive to Varzia. Thank you Nika and family for a beautiful stay
