Positive: STOP HERE AND STAY 2 NIGHTS! We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Tsotne‘s Kingdom — a true little kingdom created with an incredible amount of work, love, and dedication. Tsotne is a young Georgian host who started this project with his parents only a few years ago, transforming their former farm into a beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. You can feel everywhere how much effort and heart has been put into the whole place - and he just finished two cottages. Check the pictures! The hospitality was exceptional. Tsotne was very kind, welcoming, and is currently learning English, which made the experience even more personal and authentic. His mother prepared dinner for us, and it was excellent — very tasty and very generous. The breakfast was also delicious and it was plenty… The whole property is quiet, idyllic, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden where you can easily spend time relaxing. It is also a great place for small walks, for example to Tmogvi Fortress, or simply to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you are on your way to Vardzia and the cave monasteries, you should definitely stop here. In our opinion, it is worth staying at least one night, better even two. Places like this deserve support because they are built with passion, hard work, and genuine hospitality. A clear 10/10 experience. Highly recommended — do not just pass by, stop here, stay overnight, and definitely enjoy the food. Tsotne, to you and your family: all the best and we will be back 100% when we come to Georgia!

Positive: I stayed in a cottage at this new place near Vardzia, and it was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing, and the environment was very peaceful. Although it was rainy and a bit cold outside, the cottage was super warm and cozy. I think it is the best option if you are visiting Vardzia.💯 I highly recommend it—the hospitality was wonderful, Communication was easy because a young man was speaking English, I asked and he gave us some advice about our trip. both dinner and breakfast were really, really delicious. I truly felt what Georgian food is like; it was excellent. 👏🏻 The price was appropriate for everything offered, this experience was wort this price. If you visit Vardzia, you MUST stay there to experience real Georgian hospitality, the beautiful environment, and the cuisine. I truly plan to come back next year. I highly recommend it❤️💯

Positive: Great rooms, fantastic hospitality and tranquility. Don't hesitate, just book it! Worth every penny. And please order dinner there. Their food and wine are one of the best I had in Georgia.

Positive: We had already stayed at this place some time ago, and we really enjoyed it, so we knew exactly where we would stay this time, and we also recommended it to our friends. It's great to see how they are constantly striving to improve their already excellent facilities and expand the hotel's territory. The owner, Tsotne, is very hospitable and responsive, always available for communication, and helpful in accommodating us. We took advantage of the offer to have a late dinner, and it exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious dishes, including locally sourced river trout and excellent homemade wine. We recommend using this option. As a parting gift, we were given a beautiful handmade keychain in the shape of Georgia. We are very grateful for the friendly hosts and comfortable accommodations, and we will definitely stay with Tsotne again when we visit Vardzia.
