Positive: The view was amazing! The suite was very big amd comfortable. The mattress and pillows were so comfy, we all slept like a baby. Good location. Nice walking pathway, feels so close to nature. Welcome drink was unique. Breakfast not much variation but it was ok. Thank you for the complimentary birthday cake and room deco. It was lovely. Reception staffs especially the lovely Indian trainee girl, she was really good in explaining about the resort. Very polite and nice.
Negative: Swimming pool overcrowded and not enough chairs to sit around the swimming pool area. Suite floor was a bit dusty and had a musty smell. Maybe can put scented sticks. On another note, as an animal lover I saw a pony alone in its stable, the stable is a bit too small for the pony. Hope someone can make the stable a bit bigger. Poor pony looked very alone. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay here. All the staffs were amazing.

Negative: The toilet smells a little bit, probably need to increase the ventilation for the toilet. Other than that, all superb.

Negative: Iron (easily can burn my clothes if it’s too hot) & tv channel. Should have android tv at least & have Netflix!

Positive: pool in good maintenance and clean.. breakfast also good, helpful staff and friendly. the view superb, also have track for walking/running.. if you like nature, this place just for you.
Negative: welcoming drink maybe can serve at pool too. it's hard to sit at restaurant while our kids swim at pool.
