Positive: Some outstanding crew in there; Hikmet, Fatma ,Atica. Reception was excellent and accommodating. The Spa area and employees were outstanding.

Negative: We informed the management that this was our anniversary, but they did not even write us a single note, let alone presenting an action.

Positive: Everything was exceptional. Wide and delicious food selection, great beach, spacious rooms and amazing entertainment team. We especially would like to thank Ruth and Fareye (from dance & entertainment team) and tennis coach Onur. They have added a great value to our lovely vacation. Definitely we would love to visit again!
