Positive: We loved everything about our stay at Tui & Nikau despite the ongoing renovation work. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and even brought us chocolate from the local factory to apologise for the noise. The premises were clean, new and well equipped. It was conveniently located 5 mins away from a supermarket and 10 mins away from the beach. It had a lovely calming bush feeling. While the rooms could get hot, AC was easily available. The little kitchenette had everything you need for light cooking. We are definitely coming back!

Positive: We loved the apartment, had all the amenities we needed. The surroundings were nice and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful, very attentive to our needs. Was able to relax and unwind during the day, Netflix was great during the stormy weather. Had realised upon check in that we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom which was awesome! The staff responded promptly to our requests which we we're greatful for :)

Negative: Unfortunately the building isn't that sound proof as we could hear alot of noises/voices from the apartment next door, below and outside. It was fine during the day, but hearing loud noises late at night were unpleasant. Most of these were distubances from other guests which could not be controlled, so no faults on the property.
