Summary: The staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to provide you with convenience. A gentleman called Michel even gave me his bus tickets out of his wallet. Please be aware that there is no alcohol in their restaurant.

Summary: they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.

Summary: We stayed for one night on our way back to South Africa from Mauritius. We have been treated very well by all the staff. We paid 15 Euros for a one way trip using the hotel's shuttle service.
