Positive: The Appartment is beautiful, very new and well furnished ! ideally located in a new residence located between Tulum city center and beach areas. You will have free and very new bicycles to rent (only a deposit is needed). Some are electric. The Appartment is only 5min by bicycle from El Parque Del Jaguar where you will find the best beautiful beaches in Tulum. The Appartment is big, with 2 nice rooms and very comfortable beds ! The residence has 3 swimming pools, 1 is on roof top with very confortable sunbeds. I recommend 100% for your upcoming stay in Tulum.
Negative: Nothing. Minor refurbishment work still needs to be completed in the residence, but this will not affect your stay in any way.
