Positive: Cabin was very clean and spacious with a nice mountain view overlooking a valley. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and sitting around the fire pit in the evening. There are neighbors nearby, but the location feels secluded and secure at a reasonable price while being only a few minutes away from Franklin and area attractions. I would stay there again.
Negative: The only complaint I have is that a bulb check should have been done on the outside lighting. None of the outside lights on deck or porch worked. Also the living room tv was not programmed for local channels and i was unable to program it myself which i am usually proficient at. Bedroom tvs worked fine. I probably should mention the fact that there is a game rooster farm in the valley not too far from the cabin. The roosters crow incessantly all day. It's kind of novel entertainment but may become a little annoying after a while. After dark is very quiet and peaceful. These were minor inconveniences for me and did not really detract from an overall enjoyable stay.

Positive: My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It’s in a beautiful location and has everything you need: dishes (including for grilling), spices, toiletries, a hairdryer, and towels.
Negative: One of the toilets wasn’t working, but it wasn’t an issue since there are two. We reported it, and I think the owners are responsible and will fix it, as I definitely want to go back there again! 😊
Summary: The cabin is very cozy with an amazing view!

Positive: The western view of the mountains in the morning and at sunset, both indoors from the dining table and outdoors on the deck.
Negative: Hardly nothing, although any communication with the leasing agent was a little too automated, too much like dealing with a robot.
Summary: This is an older cottage, but it was lovely in many ways that modern misses.
