Positive: BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, HOTEL WAS LESS THAN 100 STEPS FROM THE LARGEST SHOPPING MALL IN EAST JAVA, STAFF WERE GOOD

Negative: VERY NOISY AT NIGHT FROM ROAD OUTSIDE EVEN ON 6TH FLOOR, BED WAS FIRMER THAN WE LIKE

Positive: The location, next door to Tunjungan Plaza.

Negative: Cake/coffee shop seems to be permanently closed.

Summary: For what we wanted it was a great location, the rooms were comfortable and yes we would stay there again.

Positive: I was nervous When I booked online just worrying that the photos looked good but maybe when you get there the place is dodgy. Very pleasantly surprised to find the location lovely the resort lovely and the people lovely

Negative: It’s a tiny gripe with the bathroom could do with a bit of love. Things like fixing the showerhead.
