Summary: Very good value in a smaller motel with well maintained units containing the most needed amenities - microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, WiFi. King bed had king-sized pillows which were too big. No lobby so you have to stand outside and register through a window.

Summary: The hotel is very cut and dry. There is wi-fi but besides that, nothing special is offered. It was central to a bunch of locations including Downtown Richmond, the Chesterfield Mall, and so many restaurants. For the price, I would stay there again!

Summary: The cable service needs to be adjusted (8-9 sports channels unnecessary. No Cartoon Network.). The cable TV operation needs to be adjusted, Need two remote control units to operate the system.

Summary: I arrived at 18:00 on Saturday night. Office was locked and nobody was inside. I had to wait in the cold wind for 10 minutes before someone shows up. The shower room is dirty.
