Summary: Property and view very nice. Host super friendly. Property had some electrical/wiring concerns that were a bit uncomfortable to see. Needs to be updated. However we enjoyed our stay and it was a sweet little hidden gem.

Summary: First I have to say I am not a fussy traveler. Very easy going but this place should not be called a RESORT. Everything about it was dated and worn out. The furniture in my room and outdoor area was super dated and needed some attention. The pool was about 20 ft long. The hot tubs they have are neglected. The whole property is in need of a overhaul! The pictures did not show all this. I would not stay here if I were you!

Summary: We had a great stay. The room was clean. Great place to stay for a beach house with family and bring your own groceries. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great amenities and activities offered with the facilities.

Summary: We stayed in the Montego Bay room and overall felt it was not what we were expecting based off website photos and 4+ star rating. The room was dated and the bathroom was not clean. They also don’t provide daily housekeeping or new towels.

Summary: Everything was amazing at the Turtle Beach Resort. The Hibiscus Cottage was a perfect room. It was clean and had wonderful views. I enjoyed using the kayaks and the bikes. The location is great also. You can walk easily to the beach and a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
