Summary: The property was nice. It was very roomy and accommodated our 3 adult couples well. It would have been more convenient if there was a half bath on the main floor. Other than that, it suited our needs well, while we visited the historic district which was only a short ride away.

Summary: Dishwasher didn't work and there were someone else's dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Upstairs bathroom had a horrible smell. Mattress in room A is warn out. Lots of stains on furniture and walls also noted. That all being said it was easy to park 2 cars in the driveway and another along the street in front of the house. It was helpful that the basement room was closed in and had a door to keep our toddler from falling down the stairs.

Summary: My friends and I rented this place for my birthday as we are in college at Saint Joseph’s and we aren’t allowed any outside guests, and I wanted some friends from home to celebrate too. The space was fairly clean, there were some things weirdly left out of place like cleaning supplies on the dining room table. We are not really the type of people to care about that, though. Overall this was a really nice space to get my friends all together and celebrate my birthday.

Summary: This place is very convenient to the airport and highway. It has beds. The neighbors were friendly. But the place itself needs a lot of work. Things that were broken- the toilet, the microwave, a horrible smell was coming from the dishwasher, all closet doors, the ottoman, the screen door. The walls were all dirty and the cleaning was perfunctory at best. There were no glasses. The sheets on the bed were very nice, but even though I had told the host ahead of time, there were no fresh sheets on the day bed in the kitchen. There were what looked a mattress protector on that bed but it was all stained. No blanket. I had mentioned needing sheets for an air mattress we were bringing and instead there was a (also stained) air mattress in the LR with no sheets or blankets. Finally, I don’t know Philly at all but there were very few restaurants around. If the host would spend the money to paint and fix the broken things and have a deep clean, this might be a nice place to stay.
