Summary: Very nice hotel with unique access to both the bay and the gulf. We brought our dog which greatly hampers or eliminates the ability to experience the activities of the resort, especially including the restaurants. It’s odd that we pay a premium to bring our dog only to be limited from experiences that people who do not pay the premium are able to experience, but it was our choice to do so.

Summary: The hotel is extremely average. I put it at 2 to 3 star. It has across the road from the beach and on the intercoastal, which is the only thing basically has going for it other than that it wouldn’t survive say in Orlando or any major city cause I feel like it’s a glorified sleep away camp that they turned into a hotel

Summary: Nice property, but rooms are dated, 3 star rating but paying 4-5 star prices. AC broke, we were offered another room but no help or golf cart to help move us at 10 PM to a different building.

Summary: Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!

Summary: Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was within walking distance and the pool was large. Pool drinks were excellent. Did not eat on property but there were ton of options. We primarily brought our own food and cooked our meals so the kitchen was great.

Summary: Property is older than pictures show so there are some issues (patio door didn’t lock, some screens weren’t great, took a while for water to get hot, etc) but a nice place. Staff was great; maintenance was always cleaning the grounds, everyone’s friendly, etc. Free bikes and kayaks as often as you like, good restaurants. As long as you go in to knowing to not expect a very modern place, it’s all good. Would stay again
