3 Bedroom Cottage in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake

Direct Lakefront 2 bedroom cottage with a beautiful unrestricted lakefront view of the beautiful 550 acre all sports Round Lake. Perfect for a single family or one couple for a family vacation at the lake. A great place to make smiles, lifelong memories and lifetime friendships. Cottage is fully equipped. Cottage is set up for family fun, inside is fairly basic, yet has everything you need. Second bedroom is not 100% private, so the cottage is not great for two couples. The second is separate and remote from the commons area. It sits off the hallway between the kitchen and bathroom, however has no door between the hallway and bedroom. Bedroom is also small yet it has 2 twin beds and is great for kids.
Cottage has a full width balcony with two patio doors allowing easy access and for full sun during the day and exclusive to the guest that stay here.
The cottage is the upper portion of a two story duplex. Cottage is 100% private, with private entrances. The lakefront, dock, firepit and raised paver brick patio are shared by the downstairs of the duplex as well as another 3rd cottage on the same property.
Property has just gone through a major landscaping upgrade, plenty of space to spread out.
Assigned parking for three cars for all three cottages on the property plus additional space for guest.
Pontoon boat for rental. $700/week or $150/day
Please note that guest need to supply there own bedding(sheets) and towels. The beds do have pillows.
Living room has a convertible sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Cottage easily accommodates 4 people, and is fine for 5 people with one person using the sofa sleeper.

I have 2-3 families a year that rent out all 3 for an extended family week at the lake. If you are interested in this, its best to plan far in advance as weeks where I have all 3 open are rare.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property with this host and it was even better than the first. The house is very neat and clean, the location is great and love the firepit next to the water. Looking forward to another time in the future.

Summary: Nice neighborhood, taverns with good food in close proximity along with store & gas station. The beach area was really nice for all the kids. We rented the upper level of duplex; it was neat & clean. Only downside was the outside space, kayaks, and pontoon are shared with two other rentals.
