Summary: We enjoyed three nights at the cottage. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm and welcoming - a perfect home base for nearby hikes and exploring the area. The large yard was perfect for playing soccer with our child. Renters note: we also had a fabulous meal at nearby restaurant Fern.

Summary: We had a nice stay at the Cottage. Beautiful property with owner conveniently nearby which was great for anything we needed, they were very responsive. Centrally located to downtown Sharon and close to neighboring towns of Millerton and Lakeville where there are great shops and restaurants as well. Pictures accurately represented the house. Only complaint was it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Also, the water was extremely metal smelling/tasting.

Summary: What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful cottage! The property is so idyllic and perfect for a country getaway. We couldn’t ask for more in this home & needed for nothing. The beds were comfortable and the decor was just beautiful! The property owners were so friendly and very presponsive to any questions we had. We were staying in the area because it is close to Lime Rock Park, where my son was racing. We will definitely be back to stay in this wonderful cottage! Thank you for opening your home to our family.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for our Lime Rock Historical Festival stay. Less than 15 minutes from the track and even closer to the beautiful downtown of Sharon, CT. The house is in a beautiful location (the backyard is spectacular and is perfect for gorgeous sunsets) and every room is comfortable and well cared for. We didn’t need to use the kitchen, but it clearly has everything you would need for an extended stay. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable with pillows that ranged from soft to firm, so we were both satisfied! Helen was terrific, providing all the necessary information to check-in and recommendations for some fabulous restaurants! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood, yet very close to multiple great restaurants and and entertainment venues. The house was perfect for our stay, with any amenities we could have wanted. the large backyard gave us a great space with no light pollution to watch a spectacular display of the Perseid meteor shower. We will hope to stay here again when we are back in the area
