Summary: Facility was clean and conveniently located. Rear stairs were steep but we got used to it. Would highly recommend two keys for the main entrance for multiple individuals.

Summary: We were in town with friends for UC football and Browns v. Bengals. Wanted to away from the frenzy of campus and this place was perfect. The owner was great with communication. The unit very clean. Only recommendation (from the ladies of the group) is to add a couple of mirrors to the bedrooms. Was tricky getting ready with just the bathroom mirror.

Summary: I was expecting central heating and air, but they were in the process of installing a/c so we had 2 Window units. It was a little hot in there for us but we didn’t stay much in the room anyway. Very friendly people and responsive when I sent a message about the a/c.

Summary: The location of the place is great. Many restaurants, bars, and newport on the levee just a walk away...not a spot for the handicap though. Steep stairs up to the first floor then more steps up to the room...we truly got our exercise this weekend😥 would stay again though...thanks stephanie
