Summary: The room was beautifully decorated, and came stocked with complimentary drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee options. Everything was clean and updated. Breakfast was delivered to our room since we stayed on a Saturday. The gentleman was so friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We have zero complaints about our stay!

Summary: I forgot how good a breakfast can be when you stay at a real B&B! This way exceeded our expectations. Great quiche and plenty of other good items like sausage and cinnamon rolls and fruit. Very quite and peaceful location tucked away in Edmond. Very friendly proprietor. We will stay there again if we are back in the area.

Summary: The room, property, and staff were all amazing! They had snacks and drinks in the room. The breakfast was amazing. Will book again. I would suggest booking well in advance to get a better selection of suites. There were only two options when I booked, next time I'll book a few months out.
