Summary: currently undergoing major renovations. Our room was on second floor and was already completed. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. Eating area was very clean and staff friendly.

Summary: I love the cinnamon rolls. This was a standard Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was free and good; pancake maker, omelets, coffee, and cinnamon rolls. The pool was small, but fine for smaller kids to splash around in.

Summary: Older property. In the process of being updated. Weird fact- water fountain in lobby did not work. Will recheck status later this year if we decide to use. Price was good

Summary: Older but remodeling happening now. Beware! I searched for "Pet friendly" and this hotel showed. I missed the fine print and was charged $75 for my son's dog. This is 3 times what other properties have charged.

Summary: The hotel sent us an email saying "construction had been completed in March 2024"....it is still going on in Jan 2025. The breakfast crew did not show up in the morning so No breakfast was available... The hotel charged $50 more that the hotel next door and should have charged $50 less for all the issues going on. Will not be returning...The room was very clean but the TV remote did not work so there ya go.

Summary: They are having construction done and started drilling, sawing, dropping things and stomping around in the room directly above me starting at 7am and lasting all day. The maid service dropped off a bag of towels everyday and changed our trash but the room was never cleaned and the bed was never made. The carpets in the halls are dirty and very stained. There were ants in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom could never be adjusted to warm water; you either had ice water or scalding. The hotel told me there was nothing they could do for me regarding the early morning disturbance and being startled awake by the very loud work above me because I booked through hotels.com and said I would have to raise my complaint with them. When hotels.com reached out to the hotel about my issue they told them it was resolved already so hotels.com said they couldn’t do anything for me without the property confirming the issue. Meanwhile guests that booked directly through the hotel got reimbursed. The hotel said they hate working with hotels.com and don’t recommend using them
