7 Bedroom House in Aiken

Looking for the best way to be close to your family and friends yet not all in the same house? These houses are right next door to each other and offer over 1 acre between of land. Lots of entertainment with a putting green, disc golf, fire pits and a Caddy Shack that has darts, an arcade game, a place to try your swing at golf, giant Connect 4 and more.
Lots of charm, space, entertainment and so much more. Both houses have circular driveways and are independently fenced in yet there is a gate between the two houses for easy access.
Green Acres is approx. 1500 square feet with a load of charm and updated features. It has an ensuite king bedroom/bathroom up front, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms near the back with a bathroom in between. It features a beautiful putting green that offers light up golf balls for night play and plenty of clubs to test out your skills. There is also a screened in porch and side yard with lights. The backyard also features several seating areas with a pergola, and fire pit. It is a very relaxing house.
Two Pines is approx. 1900 square feet with 2 downstairs bedrooms (one with King bed) with a bathroom in between, living room, brand new kitchen and dining room. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms in which one is an ensuite bedroom/bathroom. The house has beautiful dark hardwood floors on the bottom. The house features magnetic scrabble and tic tac toe. It also has a large outdoor building that we call the "Caddy Shack". It has a dart board, corn hole, and a place to test out your golf swing. The outside features a fire pit, disc golf and a large, fenced yard.
Both houses have a washer/dryer and a ton of space and amenities for your family reunion, wedding, horse and/or golf events, and so much more.
We strive to offer the "extras" that others may not so you can enjoy your time and feel like you are in a home away from home.
Pets are welcome at both homes, yet we ask that you do not let them on the putting green to keep it pristine.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described. House layouts were great -- a bathroom between each pair of bedrooms (plus one with its own bath). Houses were better stocked than any place I had ever stayed. Firepits and grills at each house were great. Checkout was incredibly easy -- no typical strip-the-sheets, load-the-dishwasher, take-out-the-trash instructions that are so common; all we had to do was leave! Location was great -- only about a mile to downtown, with sidewalks the whole way. I can't imagine how the stay could have been any better.

Summary: Host communication was fast and excellent, very accommodating. Homes were very clean and had everything we needed. We used the outdoor putting green and game cabana a lot. This is a great property for larger groups. Highly recommended!

Summary: We filled both houses for my father’s 80th birthday. The numerous pictures and detailed description on VRBO are very accurate. Everyone was comfortable. An added joy was how kind and thoughtful the host, Janette, was. She understood when a couple wrinkles came up on my end while I dealt with wrangling a decent size group of people. Her communication was very fast and she was proactive about any potential concerns. I think you’ll be happy if you choose to stay here as we were. Thank you Janette!

Summary: Janette and Shawn were the best hosts someone could ask for. They went above and beyond to make sure the houses were clean and stocked with more than anyone could ask for. A flexible check-in and check-out experience if other stays don't affect your reservation. A large group of friends and I were in town for a wedding this weekend, as the bride grew up in Aiken. Having these perfect properties to retreat after the festivities made us feel right at home. The washer and dryer came into good use, and the iron was heavily used this weekend, which cant always be found every rental. No matter the event, one are both of these homes are perfect for a large or small group. This is one of the best rentals on any rental site, you will not be disappointed by the hospitality, communication, and helpfulness of Janette and Sean.

Summary: I brought seven friends in for a golf trip and the houses were ideal. Outdoor putting green and indoor hitting bay along with a fire pit. Both houses were clean, well appointed and the communication from the property owners was exceptional. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the Aiken area.
