'Ocean Breeze' This house has just been newly renovated and has a private pool. Just 80 steps to the beach boardwalk. This is a great location south of Thomas Dr. The house has four bedrooms, two baths, new large kitchen, dining area, living room and screen Florida room with refrigerator across back of house over-looking private pool with six foot privacy fence. It has a beautiful professionally landscaped yard with covered parking for two cars and additional parking for two more cars. Ocean Breeze has surveillance cameras to ensure our home is secure. It also helps to clarify any damage disputes.. There are a total of four audio visual cameras. All cameras are located outdoors. Camera one looks at the parking lot. Camera two looks at entrance area. Camera three and four are posted in deck and backyard. Signs are posted at the property as well.
There is air conditioning and free WiFi. The large kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances and quartz on countertops and backsplash with eat-in area, Kohler sink and built-in microwave, refrigerator. Check out is at 9am and check-in is at 3:30pm.
The bedrooms have a King bed in one, four Bunk beds in one, Queen in one bedroom, Full in one and two sleeper sofas in living room. Sleeping a total of 14 people.
When returning from the beach there is an outside shower conveniently located on the right side of the house.
This property is 3 minutes to shopping, restaurants, golf and theme parks. This house is perfect for small to large families or share the cost between two smaller families or friends. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year. We are pleased to have many repeat guest.

Summary: Lots of room good size pool a beautiful house in a perfect location. The managers were exceptional very helpful any trouble we had they took care of it right away. A short walk to the beach and the beach isn't crowded down by this house.

Summary: Where can I start? If you’re looking at this property let me go ahead and help you out. Book it! The location is perfect, close to the beach and so much for fun for our group of 4 adults, 7 teenagers and a toddler. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. Now for the best part, the backyard. As nice as the house is the backyard was the place we lived. Being that close to Thomas Drive you would think it would be loud outside. That’s simply not the case. I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful the back yard was. We loved the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. It was so nice to be able to relax and not be crowded around a hotel pool with a bunch of people. They had everything you could possibly need for the beach provided as well. All in all this was hands down our favorite place to stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us

Summary: Wonderful beach house. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and great linens. The AC works great. The backyard and pool are amazing. Short walk to the beach and the covered parking is a plus. We will be back.

Summary: We had 8 in our group with 4 teens that loved the bunk room. The pool was great when we wanted to get out of the wind and sun. The beach was so close we could make a quick walk. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. No issues and no suggestions.

Summary: We were disappointed with our stay here. The bathrooms are small and need to be updated. There are sooo many rules on the property and in the house that we’re afraid to use anything. We had to buy our own toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. The owner of the property was very rude. She interrupted me multiple times while talking on the phone. I’m sure she’ll have some comment trying to explain herself as she does on all the negative reviews. Overall not a great experience for our family.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time at the perfect beach house. The home's open floor plan and multiple living spaces makes it great for family gatherings. The beautiful backyard is enclosed and works great for your furry friends. And the short walk to the beach is a huge bonus for this must stay home.

Summary: Everything was great with the property, from the managers to the property itself. It was a great experience. No complaints at all. Next time I use this property I will just make sure it doesn't fall on a bike rally week. OMG soo loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep at night!
