Adorable renovated cottage in the Beach Institute area of Savannah's Historic District. Master bedroom has a King bed. 2nd bedroom has a Twin with trundle. Full kitchen is equipped with utensils and has granite counter tops. Private courtyard has seating for an outdoor meal or just cocktails and resting after a day of exploring.
Cable television and wifi, private laundry and central heating and air conditioning are included.
Parking is on-street and it is not metered on this block so no permit purchase is necessary!
Senior citizens traveling without a pet are eligible to skip the refundable security deposit but must contact Mary Anderson directly before booking if this is desired.
If you are bringing your pet (please ask first as a pet is allowed on a case by case basis with special rules) be sure to opt in for the pet fee which is optional during online checkout.

Summary: Easy parking on the street in front of the Cottage. Close to a Dog Park which was great for our Frenchie! With in walking distance to several restaurants and Parks! We enjoyed our stay and will return soon!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Pineapple Cottage was a quaint, comfortable, clean cottage home to stay at on our 1st visit to Savannah. Our host Mary provided for a lot of our needs. The homes location works well for getting around town. There were 2 of us using the house. 4 would work, but 6 would be tight. We would stay there again.

Summary: We had a great time in Savannah and the place was truly great! We just had two things to mention…first, don’t leave any open food items on counters, tabletops, etc… even though we DID NOT SEE any ants, we left a half stuck of butter on the counter to soften and in the morning the ants had come to play!! No one’s fault just be careful what you leave out…..second thing is the beds aren’t very comfy… a bit of getting use to but other then that we were very satisfied !!!

Summary: My stay at the Pineapple Cottage vacation rental property in Savannah, Ga from 8/19_8/21 was great. I was in constant contact with the arepresentative prior to my visit outlining all information and requirements prior to, during and upon leaving the property. Once I arrived in Savannah and arrived at my destination, I was quite pleased with my decision to rent the property. The cottage was very clean, nice, nicely furnished and very welcoming. There was information in the room concerning eating establishments, proximity to the cottage and reviews. Also included was information concerning what to do upon checkout. The location of the cottage was in a quiet neighborhood and no problems were experienced. I was very pleased with this vacation rental as it was very close to eating establishments and the historic district. I would highly recommend the Pineapple Cottage vacation rental property on a visit to Savannah, Ga. I will give this property 5 stars.

Summary: Recently returned from Savannah. Two Pineapples Cottage is cutely appointed and we walked everywhere and felt safe. On the street parking can be tricky if you drive a large vehicle and are not used to parallel parking. I highly recommend that the owner put something non-skid in the bathtub since I slipped in the tub the first night and when I returned home my doctor confirmed that I severely sprained my ribs. If safety updates are made, I would definitely return to Two Pineapples Cottage.
