Summary: This property was very comfortable, in a more modern building with two elevators. It looked out on to a courtyard and was extremely quiet. The outside patio was wonderful although we didn’t sit out due to our November visit. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. Outside your door were restaurants, cafes and shops galore. Also, with Les Halles metro station literally one minute walk, you could go anywhere you wanted. It is one of the largest stations, and the RER B train also is there. That connects you directly to/from CDG in about 45 minutes. The Marais is about an 8 minute walk, the Seine is about the same! The location cannot be beat. All neighbors in the building who we came in contact with were very friendly. Catherine was very easy to deal with and allowed us to stay an extra night. We felt very Parisian staying there and would stay again. One of its best benefits is that check in starts at 8:30, so if you are arriving early morning, no problem.

Summary: Great communication and smooth thorough check in. Everything one would want was provided. Very comfortable. And the building is secure with three special access entrance doors before you reach the lifts. Quiet balcony overlooking pretty courtyard. The Forum outside the front of apartment is always bustling with activity. Well located with many sights and activities within walking distance, or the bus or metro if you like.

Summary: The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Paris and visiting the Olympic venues. It was quiet and convenient to have washer/dryer. The easy booking and communication with owner was excellent.

Summary: This was our 7th stay in Paris over many years. Loved the Les Halle area. Very vibrant. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with a lovely courtyard. The host was lovely and very flexible, allowing us to stay an extra day when our flight was cancelled and rebooked a day later. We would happily stay again.

Summary: I loved staying here. It was very safe feeling and very comfortable! It was close to trains and the metro. I love the Marais arrondissement. So many shops, cafes and personality!!

Summary: This VRBO was exactly as advertised. Great location with the Metro stops very close. In a busy area but the apartment was super quiet. Bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer are a plus. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice place great location.

Summary: Everything was close to perfection. The secured building, the appartement, its location, it’s complete equipment and the kindness and eager to please of the host Catherine. I have rented for over 20 years and it’s by far one of the best I’ve ever rented I will definitely rent it again when traveling to Paris, crossing my fingers that it will be available when I need it.

Summary: An exceptional apartment that is in absolutely central location in very busy part of the city and yet was totally quiet. The building was very secure and well-maintained, with an elevator. And what was especially wonderful about the apartment is that it overlooks a lovely, serene courtyard full of plants, flowers and birds, just as described in the listing. A unique and beautiful place to stay. Catherine is the owner and was very responsive and flexible to work with and went out of her way to accommodate a last minute request to add two days on at the beginning of our trip. Her friend Frederique is the local person she has manage things for her and he was extremely responsive and helpful, even allowing us to drop off suitcases in the building a few hours earlier than our apartment would be available. He was a sweet and kindly person who responded almost immediately to questions or suggestions we asked for, even though his English is very limited. And in addition to all this the bed was great and the shower was fantastic. We would definitely come back! Thank you Catherine and Frederique for making our visit so enjoyable!
