Summary: The good: the location is great, reasonably clean, garage space is nicely sized, fenced backyard is nice for dogs. The beds were okay and nice appliances. We think this is a newer VRBO property and does have great potential. The bad: the property is advertised as having a hot tub but it was empty of water. The ice machine in the fridge was frozen solid and didn’t work. There was very limited glassware. There’s a wood fireplace but only one piece of wood was provided basically as decoration. It was 63 degrees inside the house when we got there. Found out the thermostat was on a schedule which made it 80 degrees. We all woke up in the night sweating. The upstairs bathroom shower tub was clogged causing water to fill as the shower was used. The shower head was loose and had to be tightened so water didn’t go everywhere. The TV remote batteries were dead. The air filter was filthy as well as the return air vent in the living room was brown when it was supposed to be white.

Summary: This home was well suited to host our large group. Plenty of space to spread out and then a great open living room and kitchen concept to all come together to hang out.

Summary: The layout was great for families! We came with 3 adults and 2 kids and the place was well stocked! Just remember to bring ground coffee or your own grinder....the house had everything but a coffee grinder! Beds were comfortable. We had a great stay!

Summary: We had enough space for all of us. We had 3 adults, one kid and 1 dog. It was a great space to be together but also have enough room to sleep comfortably. We used the hot tub a lot. The fully fenced yard was great for our dog, as well as a nice quiet neighborhood for walks and nearby park with playground. The kitchen was great. It was a short drive to downtown and the activities we wanted to do. Very easy check in and out.

Summary: We loved this house. We all felt right at home. It's a nice layout for a family and our dog loved the fenced backyard. The kitchen had most things we needed for making meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, although we had a hard time getting it to hold a high temperature (make sure you check it about an hour before I want to dip!). The neighborhood is super cute and very quiet, with a park nearby. Drive into downtown and Old Mill are pretty quick and easy.

Summary: This house is in a great location, easy to access all around Bend. The house does need a good deep cleaning, the yard is not maintained and the kitchen has bare minimum supplies-need more glasses for sure. The hot tub was also not clean-the water was cloudy, and the filters were old and dirty. We did enjoy our stay and appreciate the hospitality.
