On the lower and main level, you'll find yourself surrounded by an elegant and subtle interior decor with tasteful wood accents throughout. Large windows will let you all enjoy Keuka Lake views. An open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare memorable, full-course meals or quick snacks on the go–gorgeous granite countertops and modern appliances will make cooking a breeze. You can find two dining tables with space up to six people each (12 in total). Grab any of the board games available and bring them to the living room for a fun afternoon full of laughs. If you start feeling a little bit cold, the gas fireplace will warm up the place in the blink of an eye. Right off the living room and dining area is the access to the large deck where you'll find a gas fireplace and a picnic table, the perfect setting for a cookout. On this level, you'll also come across one bedroom with a queen bed and one ensuite bathroom. As you climb up the stairs, four more bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms can be found. Three bedrooms feature a queen bed each and the other one has two twin beds. The deck on the second floor offers guests the chance to wind down in a lakefront seating area

Summary: Each year we do a girls weekend and stay in different places. This was absolutely beautiful and when I arrived about a half hour after everyone else they immediately said they wanted to come back next year. The view of the lake was amazing, the place has the perfect set up and being near the windmill and wineries was a plus. Although we may not come back next year I am pretty sure we will return.

Summary: We booked this lovely house for a Fall girls weekend and found everything we needed here. Kitchen is well stocked, house is beautifully maintained, the view is unbeatable. It was very handy to both Keuka and Seneca Lake destinations, as well as Penn Yan and Hammondsport. We are hoping to come back next year!

Summary: Just returned from the 2nd yr at this beautiful home. It is very clean and spacious and the view is what we love most. However, what we noticed this year is the uncomfortable bedding. The Master bedroom is squeaky and too soft (it does have a mattress topper which helps with the lumpiness )other guests sleeping upstairs had very hard old mattresses. Also, my pet peeve from last year as never addressed and still rremeands a huge problem. Yo can’t have a house that sleeps 10, and have a family room that only has enough furniture for 3- 4 people! 1 couch and 1 chair are not enough. We were constantly dragging chairs in from the bedroom, the deck, the basement.. and they were plastic chairs. Also, very disappointed in VACASA. When we arrived there was a note from them stating we didn’t have to check-out to 4pm. At 10:15 am on check out day, the cleaner showed up. We showed her the note and we both called Vacasa. Not only did they not honor the check-out time, they were extremely rude when they spoke to us. Imagine packing up a house for a week and given 30 min. Not cool, VACASA, not cool.
