Summary: Lovely modern hotel in a marina with a few shops, restaurants and bars. Room very comfortable and clean.

Summary: Fabulous apart from an over officious receptionist who tried the charge us twice for the room and was unhelpful when our ordered newspaper didn’t arrive. A training issue probably. All other staff were really excellent.

Summary: The hotel is fine and has nice views overlooking the marina. My issue was with the check-in process. I was told there was no single room available, as i had booked and confirmed, so they would upgrade me to a family room. I was not told that this would incur an extra charge. It was only after i checked out that i realised i had been charged £20 extra for the room. I did send an email asking for an explanation and a follow up reminder but have since not heard from their customer service which i find pretty poor. Not what i expected from the Celtic Manor group!

Summary: It felt like a brand new hotel. Everything was pristine. We couldn't use the restaurant as it was fully booked. Breakfast was good though. We fell upon this hotel by accident but if we're ever back in Milford Haven we will stay here again.
