Positive: Clean, owner, location, price, heating

Negative: Bed/mattress is uncomfortable. And linens were weird. Shower handle is broken so you have to hold the shower nozzle the entire time. Very cluttered with dated cabinet that takes up a large portion of a tiny room.

Summary: Owner is great, unit is tiny with uncomfortable bed.

Positive: The host was very flexible. I was arriving pretty late at the apartment but she made sure that I could do a self check-in. The next morning she came to take photo of my passport and collect the money for my dog. However, I didn't have Czech money, but it was alright to pay in Euros and it was also fine to pay 5€ instead of the 8€ wanted because I didn't have fitting money. So, all in all I've been a bad guest, but the host was amazing. The flat itself was fine for the couple of hours I've spent in it.
