Positive: The check in process and the passcodes were already given to us very well in time. It was a very smooth process. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities already in place. It's located close to the Ueno K station as well as Okachimachi Station on JR and JY lines. (JK 29 (Keihin-Tohoku Line) | JY 04 (Yamanote Line)) Do take sometime to explire the Ameyoko market and the Ueno K park area. Walkable distance from the apartment and beautiful park with a zoo and museum. Don Quijote in Asakusa is hardly 10 mins in the subway from the hotel. Really convenient if you want to do shopping. And it runs 24x7. Go there post dinner or early morning and you can be back in no time. This apartment is really nicely located.

Negative: I wish it was a little more closer to the the main Ueno K station. moving around with the luggage was a bit of a hassle. It would have been great if the apartment has a storage for the suitcases, we had to make do with them in the living room itself. But that's how you travel :) Also, would be great if we had an extra bathroom/toilet. For 6 people travelling one toilet alone could get a bit tricky at times.

Summary: Great place! Definitely a 10 star for a family travel.

Positive: We loved it. Location is top notch. The whole place was top notch. The entire family loved it so much so that we would book this place again in a heart beat.

Negative: There was construction across the street but honestly it wasn’t bad. There’s really nothing we didn’t like. We loved it.

Positive: The location was perfect for us. Near several train stations and within walking distance to Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara. The facilities were clean and we overall would've had a good stay if it had a sliding door to partition the beds from the living room area.

Negative: In my opinion, the title of the listing is misleading. It says one bedroom, but it is really a studio apartment. Based on the description and the pictures, I thought there were sliding doors that sectioned off the sleeping platform area from the rest of the apartment, like in the other rooms. There were not. That was a huge issue for us as we had two small children who had trouble going to sleep because the adults were still needing to get things ready for the next day while they were trying to sleep. Our kids ended up with not enough sleep for our last 3 days of the trip, which definitely had some negative effects for everyone.

Positive: Super comfy for a family of 4! Nice beds. Very Japanese and also very modern. Had all that we needed. Very close to Ueno park and zoo and train station. Stores and restaurants just blocks away. Very soundproof. We heard no one else in the building. Staff was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Very impressed!
