Summary: It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel .

Summary: we have stayed at the Ultima for the second time. The stay could not have been nicer or better. 100 points is rare in a hotel, but this hotel deserves the maximum number of points that can be awarded for a stay. we are used to very good hotels but Ultima Gstaad is absolutely great. We enjoyed the 4 nights extremely and will definitely come back soon. a big thank you to the unique crew!

Summary: The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and very friendly. The hotel even provided shuttle service until evening hours. What left a deep impression was the cleanliness and attention to hygiene (especially now during the pandemic) - all pens and even credit card was returned only after being disinfected.
