Summary: Great house with lots of amenities. Everything as photographed and in good condition. Outside area is very nice (take some bug spray, we had some bites after late evenings). Kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of dishes. Beach towels and supplies came in very handy! Free beach parking close by and we never had issues finding parking there. Neighbors were friendly and close, but backyard makes you feel like you are all alone - it's very private.AC seemed like it had a little trouble keeping up, but the Florida heat wasn't helping any. Room with air hockey and washer/dryer is a converted garage that never really cooled off even with a portable AC unit running during our stay. We had a great stay and would consider renting the house again!

Summary: It is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard. Loved the location. Kitchen needs stocked better but we managed. Loved the air hockey and pool tables but couldnโ€™t figure out how to get the ping pong table together. Pets are allowed but not in the pool. We werenโ€™t told that until we got the house code the day before we got there and my dog loves to swim but we had to time him up so he didnโ€™t get into the pool. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep.
