Summary: Pros: location is within easy walking distance to many of the sights you want to see in the city. The unit is quiet inside and has the described features. The check in process was easy but the unit could benefit from a keyless entry pad vs. a realtor-type lockbox. Cons: the living room furniture is not as featured in the photos. The coffee table is a white table and one of the legs had a long screw protruding from it that you can easily scratch your leg or foot on if not careful. The furniture is arranged differently than the listing photo. There are four portable fans placed on the living room floor. There was a towel from a previous guest hanging on the bathroom door and pink liquid frozen in one of the freezer drawers. There was a damaged folding chair on the balcony with a cleaning mophead hanging on it. There are cracks and holes in the walls where things were previously mounted or hung. And, as previous reviews state, the parking garage IS NOT SAFE. Our vehicle was broken into—window smashed and what little we left in the glove box and console was taken. Our guess is they target out of country license plate vehicles as the vehicles next to ours were untouched. We had to leave two days early because it would have been too easy for someone to get into our vehicle again and we couldn’t get it repaired during our remaining time there. If you are thinking of staying here, I wouldn’t bring your vehicle as there aren’t any safe parking options in the area.

Summary: The condo was very nice, easy check in, and owners were easy to deal with. Unit had everything you need (except A/C) but there were some fans around the unit. It was quite hot though. The neighbourhood is pretty rough. I didn't have any issues but people might not comfortable.

Summary: The property was very clean and modern. Check in and check out process was easy which I greatly appreciate. I loved the fact that everything was walking distance and easy access to the bus lines. The neighbors were great no loud noises or such. At night we had the most beautiful view of the water and city. The unit was equipped with everything we would need it was very convenient I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I chose this location based on it's proximity to an event my girlfriend and I were attending, and my ability to drive into Vancouver, park my car, and forget about it for the rest of our stay. Driving, for me, equals the opposite of vacation. This place accidentally turned out to be more than I could have hoped for! The location is AMAZING. Not only could we walk everywhere we wanted to go, but this place is next door to great food, shops, places of historical and cultural importance, book stores I could get lost in for days. It didn't feel like we were in a touristy part of the city. It felt like we were just "part" of Vancouver for the weekend. Which was lovely. My girlfriend leans vegan, and the food options near us were probably the best vegan food I've ever had. Incredible local coffee AND tea is found just around the block as well. Ten Ren Tea deserves a special call out if you are into pu erh. Just go there, trust me. During the heat wave, the apartment did incredibly well with us opening up the windows and walls (they have sliding glass walls!) and simply allowing the breeze from outside. As someone who grew up in the city as a kid, I felt like I had come home. And as a queer couple we felt very at home here as well. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to some friends.
