Summary: This property is in a great location, very quiet street, house was very clean and accommodated our family well. Our kids loved the big pool, a definite highlight. It is virtually across the road from Pacific Fair which was handy. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at mermaid beach. The property was newly renovated and the host was very attentive to any needs we were after. Close walking distance to pacific fair and 5 minute drive to Broadbeach. Awesome sized pool and entertaining area. We will definitely stay there again.
