Summary: Top notch service and a hotel like no other. Truly remarkable and a one of a kind experience. Staff were attentive to every need and pleasant without being overbearing. Multiple times heads of departments checked in to see if everything was okay and if the service was good and if we needed anything.

From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was transported into a fairytale. Every person working within these walls plays a part in crafting a world of wonder, ensuring each guest is swept into a realm of enchantment, if only for a few nights. And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly. They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom. Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all. Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. Ram the driver, Ester at the spa, Chetan, Jakhang, Chand. Thank you for a truly magical and unforgettable stay.

Summary: This is not a hotel - it's an experience! Luxury beyond words, stunning architecture, magnificent customer service. The attention to detail on everything from the decor to the food presentation is world class. This is the type of place you stay at when you want to be transported to another world - where the hotel stay is the best part of the vacation. I have stayed at many great places around the world. but this was by far the absolute best, most magnificent hotel I have ever experienced.
