Positive: We booked Un Banc au Soleil after one other booking cancelled on us at the last minute and we didn't regret staying there. The place is superb, very clean and comfortable (swimming pool included ;-)). The host Corinne greeted us with a glass of Pineau ! The breakfast was top class. You can walk to the local restaurants (we ate at Obione -recommended). Definitely recommended!

Positive: A lovely family atmosphere; Corinne was most welcoming and considerate and gave us a good breakfast. Delicious home made apricot and almond cake. Easy drive into La Rochelle.
Negative: Firm bed with waterproof sheet so we didn’t sleep well in the heat.
Summary: Reminiscent of the Darling Buds of May. Delightful!

Positive: Everything was special. The host was so nice and helpful, new spotless rooms (wonderful design) in a secluded courtyard whit a pool and rustic atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh, home made food.
